Housing estates in Uganda to cater for a growing population, are now a top choice. But property experts are urging buyers to do their research and spend the time selecting the right one.
Buyers need to check that the estate is close enough to amenities like shops, parks, schools and transport links, with transport probably being the most important… consider what your journey to work will now look like.
These estates continue to pop up mostly in outer areas, including Kira town, Kisaasi, Kyanja, Sonde, Entebbe road, Najjera, Nmaugongo, Kyaliwajjala and Nalya. They tend to have a community space and are designed to be easy on the eye with hidden power lines.
