About Kampala Uganda
The city is located in the Kampala district, north of Lake Victoria. The city is divided into five divisions, Kampala Central Division, Kawempe division, Makindye division, Nakawa division, and Lubaga Division.

Kampala Central Division
The division comprises the central business district of the largest city in Uganda and includes the areas of Old Kampala, Nakasero and Kololo. These areas are the most upscale business and residential neighbourhoods in the city. The city also is managed by an organisation called Kampala City Council Authority under the leadership of Minister of Kampala Capital City Authority, currently Betty Amongi. Lord Mayor, Erias Lukwago and Executive Director, Dorothy Kisaka.
The headquarters of KCCA are located on Nakasero Hill in the central business district of Kampala. The headquarters are immediately south-west of the Uganda Parliament Building.
